Harrison Street Expands Global Investor Solutions Group with Senior Leadership Appointments Across North America, Europe and Asia

Chicago, IL, September 9, 2026 – Harrison Street Asset Management (“Harrison Street,” or the “Firm”), a leading alternative global investment management firm with $110 billion in assets under management across real estate, infrastructure, and credit strategies, today announced several senior appointments within its Investor Solutions Group (“ISG”), further strengthening the firm’s global capital formation and client service platform across North America, Europe and Asia.

The appointments include Dan Fanelli, who will serve as Managing Director and Co-Head of the US Investor Solutions Group based in New York; James Choi, who was previously head of Asia in the Investor Solutions Group at Harrison Street, will relocate from Tokyo to the US West Coast as Managing Director and Co-Head of the US Investor Solutions Group; and Dan Kim, who will be a Managing Director based in Chicago as an infrastructure specialist. These appointees join Jane Bowes, whose appointment as Managing Director in London focusing on infrastructure strategies and capital formation was announced in August, and Michael Humphrey, who was hired earlier this year as Managing Director and Co-Head of Asia Investor Solutions, based in Singapore. Collectively, these five Managing Directors bring 19 years on average of industry and investor relations experience.

Mr. Fanelli joins Harrison Street from PGIM, where he served as Managing Director within the Institutional Client Group and Head of the Southern US region, leading capital raising efforts across the firm’s private alternatives platform, including real estate, infrastructure, private credit and private equity strategies. Prior to PGIM, he held a similar role at Brookfield Asset Management. Mr. Fanelli will work closely with Mr. Choi to further deepen relationships with North American institutional clients. Mr. Kim has joined most recently from EQT Partners, where he served as Managing Director and Head of Consultant Relations for North America, while previously holding senior roles at Campbell Lutyens, IFM Investors and Aon Hewitt.
