Chicago, IL, August 20, 2026 – Harrison Street Asset Management (“HSAM,” or the “firm”), a leading alternative global investment management firm with $109 billion in assets under management across infrastructure, real estate and credit strategies, announced that Jane Bowes has joined the firm as Managing Director within its Investor Solutions Group, based in London. In her new role, Ms. Bowes will be responsible for investor relations and capital formation for the firm’s infrastructure strategies with a focus on current and prospective clients based in Europe.
Ms. Bowes brings more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, with deep expertise across infrastructure and private credit. She joins HSAM from Threadmark, a global placement agent where she most recently was a Partner and a member of the firm’s fund distribution team. During her tenure, she led, supported and advised on the capital formation of 20+ infrastructure funds spanning super core through to opportunistic, as well as a number of private credit funds, while building longstanding relationships with institutional investors across Europe. Ms. Bowes also established and led Threadmark’s ESG Committee. Prior to Threadmark, Ms. Bowes served as Head of Investor Relations at EMF Capital Partners and also served in capital-raising roles earlier in her career at Gryphon Investment Bank.
