• Provided health systems state-of-the-art facilities to perform a variety of medical services including cancer treatments, orthopedic surgeries, and behavioral science therapies
• Our tenants research and develop life-saving treatments, devices, and therapies for chronic illnesses

• Provide better outcomes for students, patients and communities through investment in clean energy and sustainable buildings
• Received first-ever Fitwel certification, a healthy building design standard, for student and senior housing assets
• First-ever senior housing owner to partner with Mayo in the Well Living Lab Alliance to study healthy aging

• Awarded Best Places to Work for six years in a row by Pensions & Investments
• Partner with ground breaking organizations, such as Girls Who Invest, America Needs You and the PREA Foundation, to stimulate diversity across the firm and industry
• Increased our percentage of women and minorities in senior management from 7% to 25% (2016 – 2019)

• Sponsor programs to provide youth in underserved communities and first-generation college students with new experiences
• Employees can engage with organizations and causes that they are personally committed to through a dollar-for-dollar match to their organizations
