Assistant Vice President, Research
Ms. Roberts joined the firm in 2021. As a Vice President in the Research group, Rebecca is responsible for analyzing markets and crafting investment strategies for the firm’s healthcare, education, and self storage sectors.
Prior to joining Harrison Street, she was part of the research team at Heitman, where she focused primarily on the medical office, retail, student housing, and self storage sectors. Before entering the real estate investment world, Rebecca had a career in the educational publishing industry where she wrote and edited K-12 science and social studies materials.
Rebecca holds an MBA in Real Estate Finance and a Master’s in Architecture from the University of Texas at Austin, and a BA in English Language and Literature from the University of Chicago.
