Mark Quam brings more than 30 years of investment management experience to Harrison Street Asset Management and serves as Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Harrison Street Private Wealth, the firm’s private wealth division. He is also a member of the firm’s Operating Committee. In his role, Mark leads business strategy, product development, and distribution efforts that extend the firm’s investment solutions to financial advisors and individual investors. He continues to guide the platform’s long-term growth, leveraging a track record of building innovative real asset strategies for the private wealth market.
Mark was the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Versus Capital, which recently integrated and rebranded as Harrison Street Private Wealth. Earlier in his career, he founded Welton Street Investments and Welton Street Holdings, co-founded Dividend Capital Trust and Dividend Capital Securities, and served as CEO of EquityCity.com. He began his career in real estate development with CB Richard Ellis.
Mark earned a B.S. in Finance from the University of Arizona.
