Director - Investor Solutions Group
Kyle Barber, based in Los Angeles, brings 12 years of experience to Harrison Street Asset Management. As a Director in the Investor Solutions Group, Kyle focuses on capital formation and investor relations efforts in North America with a focus on the Western United States.
Prior to joining Harrison Street Asset Management, Kyle was a Director at Rockwood Capital and prior to that was a Vice President at Crow Holdings Capital where he focused on capital formation and product development. Prior to Crow Holdings Capital, He was an Assistant Vice President at CIM Group. His experience also includes over 5 years as an investment consultant at Cliffwater, where he was ultimately responsible for all private real estate investments globally for institutional investors, including strategic and tactical allocations, manager selection and portfolio monitoring.
Kyle received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Vanderbilt University.
