Senior Managing Director - Portfolio Management
Jeff Mudrick brings more than 32 years of experience in the real estate industry to Harrison Street Asset Management and serves as a member of the firm’s Credit Committees. As a Senior Managing Director within the Credit Strategies Investment Team, Jeff focuses on structured investments as a Portfolio Manager for the Residential Credit Fund and CMBS Securities.
Prior to joining Rockwood, Jeff spent the previous 12 years managing commercial real estate debt investments for institutional clients, serving as Managing Principal/Portfolio Manager for PropCap Advisors, LLC and as head of Commercial Real Estate Investments for Bayview Asset Management. Before moving to the buy side, he was a Director at Citi Markets & Banking, serving as head of Commercial Real Estate Credit Distribution and co-head of Commercial Real Estate Credit Trading. Prior to joining Citi, Jeff spent 12 years at Lehman Brothers Inc., covering residential and commercial real estate markets, as both a research analyst and trader. During his tenure in research, he was consistently ranked among the top strategists on Wall Street, achieving a Top 3 ranking from Institutional Investor from 1998 through 2004.
Jeff received a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Haverford College. Mr. Mudrick is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
