Finance – Traditional Real Estate and Credit
Jaclyn Chou brings more than 25 years of real estate industry experience to Harrison Street Asset Management. As Partner, Finance – Traditional Real Estate and Credit, Jaclyn is responsible for the firm’s traditional real estate and credit financial operations function. She oversees reporting, accounting, and portfolio analytics.
Prior to joining Rockwood, Jackie was with Ernst & Young LLP in Los Angeles and San Francisco from 2000 through 2005 in the assurance group. While at Ernst & Young, she was responsible for managing the audit engagements for various types of real estate companies, including homebuilders, commercial real estate investors, and a publicly traded REIT, among others.
Jaclyn received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics and a minor in Accounting from the University of California, Los Angeles. Jaclyn is a Certified Public Accountant, inactive status.
