Geoff Regnery brings more than 22 years of investment experience to Harrison Street Asset Management and serves as a member of the firm’s Operating and Investment Committees. As Co-President and Co-Global Head of the Investor Solutions Group, he is responsible for leading global client relationships, research, strategic development, and new product formation. Geoff oversees the firm’s global capital formation and client service initiatives, driving innovative investment solutions and fostering long-term partnerships with institutional investors worldwide. In addition to his leadership in client strategy, Geoff oversees the Research function, which provides data-driven insights that guide strategic priorities and enhance investment decision-making across the platform.
Previously, Geoff served as a Director in the Transactions Group, where he was responsible for sourcing, analyzing, and closing investments and venture relationships totaling more than $800 million in gross real estate value across the firm’s specialty sectors.
Geoff earned his B.A. from Denison University and serves on the Board of Directors for the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate (AFIRE).
