Managing Director - Tax
Frances Lo brings more than 25 years of combined public and private tax experience to Harrison Street Asset Management. As Managing Director in the tax group, she specializes in real estate partnerships and REITs.
Prior to joining Harrison Street Asset Management, Frances was Managing Director at Rockwood and a tax professional with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP where she was responsible for managing the tax engagements for various types of real estate companies, including commercial and residential real estate investors, land developers, homebuilders, and international REITs.
Frances received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley and a Master of Science in Taxation from Golden Gate University. Frances is a Certified Public Accountant.
