Senior Managing Director, Head of Strategic Relationships
Fernando Lamas brings more than 25 years of industry experience to Harrison Street Asset Management, where he serves as Senior Managing Director and Head of Strategic Relationships. In this role, he is responsible for driving growth and innovation through strategic partnerships, capital introductions, and firm-wide corporate initiatives. Fernando plays a key role in advancing the firm’s strategic priorities and strengthening relationships with investors and partners around the globe.
Prior to joining the firm, Fernando was Head of Distribution at Colliers Investment Management and held senior leadership roles at BTG Pactual, Ohana Real Estate Investors, and Lafayette Square, leading business development and capital formation efforts.
He holds a B.A. in Economics from Tulane University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
