Evan Ersing brings over 12 years of experience to Harrison Street Asset Management. As Managing Director and Head of Insurance Services, Evan oversees risk transfer programs on behalf of HSAM Fund vehicles and works with carrier partners and risk managers to handle claim settlement processes. Additionally, he works with joint venture partners and insurance brokers to ensure consistent risk management practices across the platform.
Prior to overseeing insurance services, Evan spent over a decade working in asset management where he managed multiple joint venture partnerships, monitored asset and portfolio level performance, and led capital event initiatives for both refinancings and dispositions.
Evan holds a BA from Brandeis University with a major in Economics as well as a MA in Economics and Finance with a specialization in Real Estate from Brandeis University International Business School.
