Managing Director, Portfolio Management
As a Managing Director and Head of Portfolio Management Operations and Reporting, Colleen oversees operations across the Firm’s investment funds. She is responsible for reporting to investors and consultants across strategies as well as collaborating with various Portfolio Management teams and internal functions to execute special projects.
Prior to leading the Portfolio Management Operations team, she focused exclusively on the Firm’s open-end core real estate fund. She was responsible for executing the Fund’s overall investment strategy as well as directing the valuation process and evaluating all acquisition and disposition opportunities.
Prior to joining Harrison Street, she was a Vice President at Heitman, where she held various roles during her tenure. Most recently her responsibilities included managing operational performance, overseeing financial analysis and reporting, addressing investor and consultant inquiries and leading the valuation process.
Colleen holds a BS in Accountancy from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
