Conducting Officer & Head of Corporate Secretarial Services
Celica has built her career in the Luxembourg fund industry, specialising in the alternative investments sector. She brings extensive expertise across financial reporting, external audit, portfolio management, investment fund management and valuation. As Conducting Officer, Celica is responsible for the Portfolio Management and Marketing and Distribution functions of the AIFM. She also leads the corporate services support function for the managed AIFs and plays an active role in overseeing corporate governance matters within the AIFM.
Celica is a member of ILA, the Luxembourg Institute of Governance, and is actively involved with INREV.
Celica holds a Master of Science in International Business Management from the University of Aberdeen, United Kingdom.
