Partner, Chief Investment Officer - Private Wealth
Casey Frazier brings more than 20 years of investment management experience to Harrison Street Asset Management and serves as Partner and Chief Investment Officer of the firm’s private wealth division. In this role, he oversees portfolio management, investment strategy, and product innovation, advancing the firm’s mission to deliver institutional-quality real asset solutions to the private wealth channel.
Prior to the integration of Versus Capital Advisors with Harrison Street Asset Management, Casey was the firm’s Co-Founder and Chief Investment Officer. Earlier in his career, he held senior positions at NRF Capital Markets, where he led product development and due diligence, and at Welton Street Investments and Welton Street Advisors, where he managed investment research and security selection. He began his career at Curian Capital as an Assistant Vice President.
Casey earned a B.A. in American Political Economy from The Colorado College and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
