Managing Director, Corporate Accounting
Caitlin Grossestreuer brings over 16 years of experience to Harrison Street Asset Management. As a Managing Director in Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis, Caitlin is responsible for the annual budgeting and reforecasting processes. She also partners with senior leadership to develop and deliver reporting strategies that support firm growth.
Prior to joining Harrison Street Asset Management, Caitlin was a Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis at Cushman & Wakefield, supporting the Global Occupier Services business. Caitlin began her career at Jones Lang LaSalle in Chicago, holding progressive leadership roles including VP, Finance Director. In this capacity, she led budgeting and reporting for the Americas region, supported global financial reporting to investors, and played a key role in M&A integration and enterprise-wide technology transformations.
Caitlin holds a BSBA with a double major in Finance and Accounting from Georgetown University.
