Deputy Capital Markets Officer – Real Estate
Brian Mutchler brings over 27 years of experience to Harrison Street Asset Management. As Senior Managing Director and Deputy Capital Markets Officer – Real Estate, he is responsible for overseeing the firm’s debt related activities at both the fund-level and property-level focusing on loan originations, negotiations, and executions as well as interest rate management, managing existing lender relationships, and sourcing new relationships.
Prior to leading Capital Markets, Brian was Head of Special Situations for the firm for several years and previously served as Head of Operations as well as Co-Head of Asset Management.
Brian received a BBA with a double-major in Real Estate Urban Land Economics and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
