Head of Senior Housing, Asset Management
Brandon Metzler brings over 15 years of experience to Harrison Street Asset Management. As Managing Director and Head of Senior Housing, Brandon is responsible for the strategic oversight of the firm’s US and Canadian investment platforms. Brandon supports the Transactions group with evaluating all potential acquisition and development opportunities, and oversees a team of dedicated asset management professionals focused on business plan execution and dispositions.
Prior to joining Harrison Street Asset Management, Brandon worked in real estate banking where he was involved with the evaluation and underwriting of senior living transactions.
Brandon holds a BBA from the University of Cincinnati.
