Bill Fuhs brings more than 30 years of financial services experience to Harrison Street Asset Management and serves as Partner and President of the firm’s private wealth division. In his role, he oversees business management, product development, and operational strategy, ensuring the platform delivers innovative investment solutions and a premier client experience for financial advisors and individual investors.
Before the integration of Versus Capital Advisors into Harrison Street Asset Management, Bill was the firm’s Co-Founder and President. Earlier in his career, he served as Chief Financial and Operating Officer of Welton Street Holdings, where he was responsible for product development, finance, administration, and operations. He also held senior roles at Dividend Capital and spent more than a decade in investment banking at Merrill Lynch, where he focused on equity and debt underwriting, asset-based financing, and mergers and acquisitions.
Bill earned a B.A. in Economics from Middlebury College.
