Head of Traditional Real Estate
Beau Baiocchi brings more than 23 years of experience to Harrison Street Asset Management. As Senior Managing Director, Head of Traditional Real Estate he is responsible for developing and implementing asset management policies and procedures and supervising asset management efforts to ensure that business plans are achieved. In addition, Beau is a portfolio manager for one of the firm’s separate accounts.
Prior to Harrison Street Asset Management, Beau was at Rockwood where he contributed in various areas including acquisition, portfolio management, portfolio analytics, and financial reporting. Prior to joining Rockwood in 2004, Beau worked in the Assurance & Advisory practice of Ernst & Young, LLP where he performed audits of both private and public companies in the real estate and information technology sectors.
Beau received a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Business Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara. He has earned his Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a Certified Public Accountant, inactive status.
