Anne-Catherine Derome-Schroeder brings 20 years of experience to Harrison Street Asset Management. As Head of Compliance of the Luxembourg AIFM, Anne-Catherine serves as Responsable du Contrôle (“RC”) for both the AIFM and the funds under management. Her primary responsibility is to oversee compliance matters across the firm’s European platform and support the firm’s regulatory, governance, financial crime compliance and risk management framework.
Prior to joining Harrison Street Asset Management, Anne-Catherine held a broad range of senior compliance, financial crime compliance and governance roles across the asset management, legal and financial sectors, including positions with Vistra, M&G Investments, CMS, Dentons, RBC Investor & Treasury Services, KPMG Luxembourg and Deloitte Luxembourg. She also served as Conducting Officer responsible for AML/CFT and Compliance at Vistra Fund Management S.A.
Anne-Catherine studied law at the Université catholique de Louvain and HELMo Haute École. She holds a Compliance Officer qualification from IFBL and is a member of ALCO.
Anne-Catherine speaks French, German, English and Luxembourgish.
