Portfolio Manager of Traditional Value-Add Real Estate
Andrew Blanchard brings more than 23 years of experience to Harrison Street Asset Management and serves as Partner and Portfolio Manager of Traditional Value-Add Real Estate.
Prior to Harrison Street Asset Management, Andrew was at Rockwood where he was involved in the formation and growth of various separate account initiatives. He also participated in the management of numerous West Coast office, multifamily, and retail investments. Andrew also led Rockwood’s technology leadership team and was responsible for both strategic planning and implementation of new CRE tech initiatives.
Prior to joining Rockwood, Andrew worked in the Assurance & Advisory practice of Deloitte & Touche, LLP.
Andrew received a Bachelor of Science from the University of California at Davis and a Master of Business Administration, with an emphasis in real estate, from the Walter A. Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
