Conducting OfficerJørgen Hansen

Jorgen Hansen is a seasoned banker with 40+ years of experience within the financial sector, having worked in Denmark, Germany, Gibraltar and Luxembourg. Mr. Hansen started working in the Luxembourg investment fund industry in 2003 and spent 20+ years in senior positions with leading service providers, such as RBC Investor Services, Brown Brothers Harriman, UBS and Deutsche Bank. He is also a Qualified Supervisory Board (“Qualifizierter Aufsichtsrat”) from Deutsche Börse AG and an ILA Certified Director.

Mr. Hansen is a Danish national and holds a Master of Science in Banking and Finance from the University of Luxembourg.

As Conducting Officer, Mr. Hansen is responsible for the Portfolio Management and Marketing and Distribution functions of the AIFM.
