Mr Bourgeois has 19 years of experience in Asset Management Risk Management, Compliance and AML/CTF roles.  

Jean-Benoît joined Harrison Street Services S.à.r.l. from Triton Investments Management SARL, an AIFM managing AIFs pursuing private equity and credit strategies, and where he was the Risk Manager and the Risk & Compliance Conducting Officer. Previously he worked for Venture Corporate Properties Luxembourg SCS, SICAV-SIF, a real estate AIF, as Risk Management, Compliance and AML/CTF specialist. Before he worked for Pemberton Asset Management SA, an AIFM managing AIFs pursuing credit strategies and where he was the Head of Risk Management, Compliance & AML/CTF Officer and the Risk & Compliance Conducting Officer. Prior, he worked for SYZ Asset Management SA, AIFM managing UCITS and AIFs pursuing funds of funds strategies and where he was Head of Risk Management and the Risk Conducting Officer. He started his career in Luxembourg depositary banks where he held different roles such as Fund Accountant and Compliance.

Jean-Benoît holds a Master’s degree in European and International Finance (MSc with Magna Cum Laude / DEA with “Mention Bien”) from the University of Pau and Adour Region (UPPA) and is member of ILA, ALRIM and ALCO; Jean-Benoît passed the ILA Fund Governance Masterclass in November 2023.

As Conducting officer, Jean-Benoît is responsible for the Risk, Compliance, AML/CFT and Complaint Handling functions of the AIFM.
