Managing DirectorColleen McMillin

Ms. McMillin brings 18 years of industry experience to the Firm. As a Managing Director in the Portfolio Management group, she focuses exclusively on the firm’s open-end core real estate fund. She is responsible for executing the Fund’s overall investment strategy as well as directing the valuation process and evaluating all acquisition and disposition opportunities.

Prior to joining Harrison Street, Ms. McMillin was a Vice President at Heitman, where she held various roles during her tenure, most recently her responsibilities included managing operational performance, overseeing financial analysis and reporting and providing support for the Client Services & Marketing group on investor and consultant inquiries.

Ms. McMillin holds a BS in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
