Managing Director - Special Situations
Andrew LeGrand brings over 15 years of experience to Harrison Street Asset Management. As a Managing Director in the Special Situations group, Andrew is responsible for the strategic management of the firm’s special situations portfolio. He also focuses on management, development, and capital markets activities within the firm’s education sector. Andrew sits on the firm’s Capital Markets Committee.
Prior to joining Harrison Street Asset Management, he was an asset management Analyst with Inland American Real Estate Trust, Inc., where he was responsible for the analysis and management of a portfolio of the REIT’s investments in joint ventures.
Andrew holds a BBA with a major in Real Estate & Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
