Chicago, IL, June 03, 2026 – Harrison Street Asset Management (“HSAM”), a leading alternative global investment management firm with over $109 billion in assets under management through highly differentiated assets across infrastructure, real estate and credit strategies, announced the acquisition of Northside East Cobb Medical Center, a 103,000 square foot Class A medical outpatient center in Marietta, GA. The property is 100% leased and anchored by Northside Hospital System, one of Georgia’s leading healthcare providers.
Webster Healthcare provided senior financing for the acquisition and planned tenant improvements associated with the property. Stonemont Financial Group partnered with HSAM on the transaction, which is the third property both firms have acquired together.
Located in the East Cobb submarket of Metro Atlanta, the property serves a growing and affluent population with strong long-term healthcare demand fundamentals. The facility offers a diversified mix of outpatient healthcare services and further expands HSAM’s healthcare real estate footprint across high-growth markets.
