Co-Head of US Investor Solutions Group
Dan Fanelli brings more than 15 years of experience to Harrison Street Asset Management. As Managing Director, Co-Head of the US within the Investor Solutions Group, Dan is responsible for leading key client relationships and supporting capital formation initiatives across the firm’s product suite. Dan is focused on building and maintaining long-term partnerships with institutional investors throughout the Eastern United States.
Prior to joining Harrison Street Asset Management, Dan was the regional head for the Southern US and Texas for both PGIM and Brookfield, where he was responsible for building partnerships and raising capital from institutional investors across private real estate, infrastructure, private equity, and credit.
Dan earned his M.BA. from Georgetown University – McDonough School of Business and his B.Sc. from Villanova University.
