Managing Director - Portfolio Management
Mary Bogino brings over 23 years of experience in the real estate industry to Harrison Street Asset Management and is a Managing Director within the Credit Strategies Team. She is responsible for managing the execution of the firm’s existing private credit portfolio and overseeing lender relationships and capital markets activity of the firm’s real estate credit business.
Prior to joining Rockwood, Mary spent approximately nine years in finance as a Vice President at Eurohypo and as a relationship manager at M&T Bank in the real estate banking group. Her prior experience includes originating, underwriting, and structuring senior, mezzanine, and securitized real estate loans across the U.S., managing loan portfolios and restructuring non-performing and distressed loan assets.
Mary received a Bachelor of Arts from Binghamton University and a Master of Business Administration from Binghamton University. She is a member of WX and Real Estate Lenders Association.
