Managing Director - Transactions
Greg Borofsky brings more than 12 years of experience to Harrison Street Asset Management. As Managing Director within the Transactions group, he focuses on East Coast acquisitions and structured investments.
Prior to joining Harrison Street Asset Management, Greg was a Managing Director at Rockwood and an Investment Banking Analyst at Eastdil Secured | Wells Fargo Securities, where he worked on mergers and acquisitions as well as public capital raising efforts in the REIT sector.
Greg received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. Outside of his professional interests, he is also an Associate Trustee with the Washington Institute for Near East Policy and an alumnus of the UJA-Federation of New York Shapiro Family Fellowship.
