Director, Portfolio Manager
Josh McGrath brings more than 10 years of experience in the real estate industry to Harrison Street Asset Management. As Director in the Portfolio Management group, based in Toronto, Josh focuses on the firm’s Canadian investment vehicles. He is also the Portfolio Manager of the Firm’s Canadian open-end core-plus real estate fund, working to execute the fund’s strategy on behalf of investors.
Prior to joining Harrison Street Asset Management, Josh worked within the Portfolio Management group at Dream Asset Management, focusing on the firm’s open-ended real estate funds and publicly traded entities. He worked closely with the team on the Funds’ launch, as well as leading efforts in financial forecasting, investment evaluation, investor support and capital allocation.
Josh holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a concentration in Finance from Queen’s University and is a CFA® charterholder.
