Managing Director, Asset Management
Lee Eisenstein brings 15 years of industry experience to Harrison Street Asset Management. As a Managing Director in the Asset Management group, Lee is responsible for the oversight of key joint venture and operator partnerships, and business strategy execution within the seniors housing platform. Additionally, he participates in the underwriting and valuation processes for seniors housing real estate investments and leads Asset Management’s internal reporting of financial performance and KPI’s within the sector.
Prior to joining Harrison Street Asset Management, he was a Director at Ventas, Inc. where he primarily focused on operator relations, financial performance, restructurings and portfolio strategy across both managed and triple net seniors housing platforms. Prior to Ventas, he worked as a Project Manager at Kargil Development and as a Credit Analyst at LaSalle Bank NA.
Lee holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Michigan.
