Managing Director, Asset Management
Lindsey Rongstad brings 21 years of experience to Harrison Street Asset Management. As a Managing Director in the Asset Management group, she actively manages multiple JV partner relationships to drive performance of senior housing investments across the firm’s US opportunistic, core and separate account strategies. In addition to driving financial performance, Lindsey leads all capital markets activity and assists in evaluating new senior housing investments. During her tenure, portfolio composition has changed with the needs of the firm – from managing healthcare relationships through medical office investments, to storage and multifamily.
Prior to Harrison Street Asset Management, Lindsey was an Asset Manager at GE Capital Real Estate, where she was responsible for all aspects of a closed loan, including property valuation, document review and implementing workout strategies. She also spent time on the new business team, originating new loan commitments to the niche real estate space.
Lindsey holds a BBA with a concentration in Real Estate and Economics from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA in Finance and Economics from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
