Partner - Infrastructure
Carolyn brings over 18 years of experience to Harrison Street Asset Management, where she serves as Partner and Head of the firm’s open-end infrastructure business. In her role as Co-Portfolio Manager of the open-end Infrastructure Fund, she is responsible for capital allocation and portfolio construction as well as the origination, underwriting, and execution of investments. Carolyn also leads the firm’s infrastructure investment team, supporting the development of new strategies, and overseeing joint venture relationships with operating partners. Since joining Harrison Street Asset Management, she has played a central role in scaling the firm’s infrastructure platform. Over the course of her career, she has supported more than $10 billion of total project costs and currently serves on the boards of several portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Harrison Street Asset Management, Carolyn served as Vice President at GE Energy Financial Services. During her time at GE, she led new product introductions and first of their kind transactions including the first US offshore wind financing and the first Japanese solar project financing. Prior to GE, Carolyn was a Senior Associate at Atlantic Power Corporation responsible for commercial development. She started her career at GE Energy Financial Services focused on executing new power and renewables transactions and restructuring thermal, midstream and renewables investments.
Carolyn holds a BA in Economics, a BSBA in Finance, and an MBA from Boston University.
