Partner, Global Chief Investment Officer - Real Estate
Mike Gordon brings more than 22 years of industry experience to Harrison Street Asset Management and serves as a member of the firm’s Operating and Investment Committees. As Global Chief Investment Officer – Real Estate, he oversees the firm’s investment activity and leads expansion into new sectors across North America and Europe. Mike plays a key leadership role in guiding investment execution, maintaining discipline across the platform, and supporting the continued growth of the firm’s real assets portfolio.
Prior to joining the firm, Mike worked in the Transactions Group at Prudential Real Estate Investors (PREI), where he sourced, underwrote, and closed real estate acquisitions and joint venture development opportunities across multiple property types.
Mike earned a B.B.A. from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, where he remains active through the Emory Alumni Association. He is also a member of several industry organizations, including the National Investment Center, American Senior Housing Association, Self Storage Association, and Building Owners and Managers Association.
