Director, Research - Europe
As a Director in the Research group, based in London, Philip is responsible for providing analytical and research support for senior management in the real estate decision process in Europe.
Prior to joining Harrison Street, he served as an Associate Director at JLL where he focused on European Living research and strategy, with a primary focus on providing consultancy advice to clients and capital markets analysis for the multifamily and student housing sectors.
Philip holds a Bachelor of Science in Financial Economics from the University of Kent and is also a member of the ULI Young Leaders Group and the Society of Property Researchers.
