> Harrison Street Asset Management (HSAM) is a global investment management firm focused on alternative real assets - student housing, senior housing, healthcare and life sciences, digital infrastructure, self storage and energy infrastructure - serving institutional investors and private wealth clients across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific.

The firm operates three investment platforms: real estate, infrastructure and credit, each organized into North American and European solutions. It is commonly abbreviated "HSAM" and was previously the investment management division of Colliers, which rebranded under the Harrison Street Asset Management name. Its European business operates as HSAM Europe following the integration of the firm's European platform with RoundShield Partners; Rockwood Capital also operates on the platform. Offices include Chicago, New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, London and Abu Dhabi.
