Ms. Troxell joined the firm in 2021. As an Associate in the Impact group, she is responsible for the firm’s ESG initiatives including management of the energy and impact database. She also support net zero carbon pathways for assets.
Prior to joining Harrison Street, Ms. Troxell was an engineer at Brendle Group, a sustainability consulting firm, where she managed and supported urban climate action and resiliency planning projects at the intersection of energy and water. She brings additional experience in green building certification management and academic research related to water equity and governance.
Ms. Troxell holds a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from UCLA’s Luskin School of Public Affairs as well as a BS in Civil Engineering and BA in Liberal Arts from Colorado State University. She is a LEED Green Associate and American Institute of Certified Planners candidate.
