Mr. Stalun joined the firm in 2020. As a Senior Associate in the Transactions group, he is responsible for originating, underwriting, and executing new investments for the Social Infrastructure Fund. Mr. Stalun has 9 years of experience in infrastructure and energy project finance and has underwritten or advised on over $1.5 billion of transactions across North and South America.

Prior to joining Harrison Street, Mr. Stalun served as Vice President at Ernst & Young Infrastructure Advisors, where he advised clients on public private partnerships, project finance, and renewable energy strategy and procurement. He is responsible for negotiating and executing virtual power purchase agreements with two wind farms in pursuit of powering EY’s U.S. operations with 100% renewable electricity. Prior to EY, Mr. Stalun was Assistant Vice President at Siemens Financial Services, where he was responsible for structuring and underwriting debt capital products for energy projects across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America. Before working for Siemens, Mr. Stalun began his career as a public accountant for Frazier & Deeter, LLC.

Mr. Stalun holds a B.B.A and Masters in Accounting from the University of Georgia and a MBA from Emory University.
